*also i get as much haylege/ hay wanted (bedding i get myself), 2 bales of shavings are included in the livery per week, large container for storage, free horsebox parking, use of a 20x40m arena (new 40x60 going in soon, horse walker in soon, solarium in soon), horse shower got, room in take room (we have a tack cage, very very safe), roomin feed room (i gte my own feed in but about to buy metal containers for it

Cost: £23 a week DIY

Services: stable and turnout with one other horse, can be 24/7 all year but if you trash your field you don't get another. There are 2 meneges (an smallish indoor and a 20x40 outdoor) which costs £1 for 1/2 hour and they have a full set of showjumps . There is some off road hacking available. Full livery can be provided at £7 a day or just bring in/out with feed and rugs changed for £1.50.

Cost - £15/week.
Services - grass, water. Any hay that we make (though I have to chip in to pay for baler twine and diesel, but the "farmer's" labour is free cos he likes doing it!!) Stable when I want it, but we prefer to turn out as much as possible. Field maintenance is organised by the yard as a whole (YO is novice horse owner, us other two look after her and her horse and the land) but paid for by YO. We have PP for a 20x40m arena so eventually there will be that as well, though I can't use a school with my current horse anyway. We all help on a rota basis so I don't go up some days, and on others I do all three horses. Most importantly to me, I get freedom to do as I jolly well please without YO telling me what to do! Can't put a price on that!

COST PER WEEK: £75 each per calendar month (1 horse + 1 pony so £150 pcm)

WHAT SERVICE YOU GET: DIY only, 1 stable + 1 shelter, water lights outside (not in buildings though) 3 acres approx grazing, shared feed room and shared small hay store. No school and farmer just put a stop to hacking round the field verges

Currently searching for a field to rent instead of paying livery so can buy a welsh d foal this year!
 
Cost: £28 p/w

Service: DIY only, includes stable and field. Straw bedding provided. Hay is extra. Facilities are large outdoor arena, indoor arena (both with jumps and lights) miles of off road hacking, also good on-road with quiet lanes/villages etc. some XC fences, and gallop.
