£25/box in American barn - have use of whole barn - 6 stables with 5 horses and one as tack/feed/storage.

Sand/rubber school, approx 70 acres with track round it, grass canter track, 24/7/365 turnout, post/railed paddocks.

Can skip out field if you choose.

Field maintenance (harrowing, topping etc) all included.

Set show jumps, XC course, fab hacking on quiet country lanes with well behaved traffic....
YO cover if away or emergency at £10/hr

Lots of major show centres really close - 20 mins off M5

No hassle or interference from YO - really peaceful, laid back place

I'm on DIY livery
I pay £35 a week which includes hay and bedding
Set of training jumps, all year turnout, choice of indoor and outdoor schools, xc course and full showjumps at extra charge, off road hacking, bring in and turn out for farrier etc, large stable and secure tack and feed rooms

I muck my own stable out over the winter when he's in but when he is out over the summer the yard owner organises for the feilds to be done

24/7 Turnout in Summer use of my stable if needed
In at night out during the day in Winter

And do you muck out or have your field mucked out by yard owner? <font color="purple">Yes we have to poopick our paddock at least once a week or can pay YO to do it with her poopicking machine which is £5. </font>
