I am after a ball park figure of what people would expect to pay for:

1. DIY livery on a small private yard in Yorkshire (only livery), smart and tidy internal yard, 14x12 monarch stables with rubber flooring. Turnout during daylight hours in fully post and railed paddocks. Use of 20x40 Charles Britton Arena with a very good surface, with lights if necessary. Full set of jumps including fillers, water trays etc. During summer access to a XC paddock with bank, ditches, tyres, show jumps on grass and a 20x60 arena on grass. Use of a heated rug dryer. Owners (including a BHSAI) living on site. Fields poo picked, yard swept etc, by yard owner daily. All repairs and maintenance done by yard owner. During winter months a forage brick provided for each horse at lunch time (to supplement grazing). Doesn't include bedding, hay or hard feed, but these can be bought from yard owner at cost price.

2. Bring in, including rug changes, treating the horse for mud fever (wash, dry, apply cream), mix and give feed. Fields between 2-5 minute walk away from yard.

The problem is that prices vary wildly around the country, I can only give you prices for what I would expect to pay in the Home Counties.

For pure DIY on what sounds like a nice tidy well maintained yard then in the region of £40 per week minimum. Then add on extra for the poo picking (massive bonus in my eyes!!) so I'd expect £50pw

Extra services in terms of a bring in, feet & rugs would be in the £2-2.50 region per time
 
I know, hence I am really struggling to work out what is reasonable! Even within the area prices vary a lot, but it is hard to know exactly what is covered looking online. Especially as what a lot of yards promise on their website doesn't always materialise.......!
 
Don't know if this will help:-

I'm in Devon. Hacking could be better, could be worse: not much open country within easy reach here, or tracks TBH. Mainly roadwork.

I'm a DIY YO. My livery has exclusive use of nearly 4 acres, all-year turnout with good level ground which she may mark out for a school in the summer months. She has her own looseboxes and lockable tackroom. Own separate area for fodder and hay/bedding storage. Parks the lorry here (no charge). She has one horse and one companion pony and currently pays £80 p.c.m.

I live on site and a professional security system is installed. I do not "do" her horses at all (apart from emergency when I might hold for the vet/farrier etc) but otherwise I wouldn't. No other services are provided. No arena or sandschool.

Livery here is not easy to come by.
 
It's hard to say as I'm in Devon and I pay £14.50 for DIY but your place sounds fab so I would pay around £40/50 a week quite happy for that set up with jumps etc but winter turnout would be a must.
 
I paid £25/horse/week for 100% DIY, no bedding, haylage, feed. Very basic (20x30 maybe, sloping and builders' sand) school with jumps, and a full xc schooling course of permanent fences on great ground. Big stables (2x approx 14x14, 1x massive!). Turnout- cattle fencing so barbed wire, plenty of it and it was up to me what to do turnout wise provided I didn't trash the nice flattish field, but steep hilly field was allowed to turn into quagmire at the bottom. I poo-picked as I wished. Farmer lived on site, on the only track into/ out of the place.

Assisted DIY here is £40 to £50
My last yard was huge rubber matted stables, hay, 1 bale of shavings, turnout in the morning, poo picking, 20x40 school with full set of jumps, 24/7 turnout in summer and out most days in winter. Jumping paddock in summer. Instructor (AI) on site. For £50 a week.
My new yard is huge stables, straw, hay, turn out and bring in, loads of off road hacking, owner on site, Indoor 20x40 school, jumping paddock in summer, out every day in winter no matter what, out 24/7 in summer, poo picking, yard sweeping etc, jumps in school. £45 a week in winter and £25 a week in summer
 
I'd expect to pay £40-£70 p/w for a yard like that in West Wales (just north west of Swansea). And would happily if I could find out as good as that!

For #2...it depends. I'd happily pay up to £10 a day just for the mud fever treating, but mine is a complete bitch about having her legs treated and I'd do anything to get out of it (not having to do it this year, thank god, but still working on her behaviour). If the horse was well behaved I'd say anything from £5-£10 a day.

For comparison, I'll give an example of 2 yards.

#1. 12(ish) acres of very boggy (bottomless) turnout between 13-15 horses. Not poo-picked or managed in any way. Very little grass. No turnout Oct - Apr pretty much. Small (8x10) stable. 25x30 arena with a shredded carpet surface. Good all-weather gallops. Very good hacking for the area. £20pw.

#2. 10 acres between 3 horses, rotated but not poo-picked. No turnout Oct - March. Large 20x20 stable. Large 60x40 arena with good surface and full set of show jumps. No hacking at all, have to box 2 miles down the road. £35pw inc haylage and straw.

Can only tell you what that would have cost roughly on my yard:
Basic £95pcm nothing included. I bought my own mats. included 20x60m menage, jumps, grass arena, xc field, off road hacking, large stables as you describe etc
Turn out £2/day
Rug change £2/rug (so if changing from stable to T/O and T/O to stable £4/day)
bring in £2/day
pooh pick £5/time
wash down probably around £5

Would have made it just under £550 a month at my yard without bedding etc!! And would explain why I stuck as close to pure DIY as possible!

At full livery in the previous place, sounding similar to yours I paid about £350 a month. That did include all my feed, hay and bedding plus exercise 5/days a week though.
 
I'm in Cheshire and my yard sounds very similar to yours OP and we pay £26.50 a week however they are putting prices up in the New Year to £30 a week.

Services like turn out or bring in are £1 per horse, mucking out is £4.50 and a skip out £3. Holding your horse for farrier/vet is £5, chucking a feed in or hanging a ready made Haynet is £1.
Trailer parking is £5 a week.

To use the jumping paddock is £5 per hour, XC is free but only open in good weather. Horse walker is £3 for 20 mins, indoor school is £5 per hour but the outdoor all weather school is free but can get busy.

Large Heston bales of hay are £30, Haylege £35, Straw is £30 and must be purchased from the YO.

Feed and shavings are to be purchased by the livery

Wormer must only be bought off the YO and on ave costs £17

Poo picking, rag pulling and fence maintenance has to be done by the livery.

There is a brew room and toilet on the yard. Everyone has a tack locker, use of the wash bay and a small area to keep feed etc.
 
Im in Burnley and I get a private yard with about 20 odd horses on, im in an indoor building with 5 stables (monarch type stables with hay feeder and bucket feeder swinging thing - youll know what I mean lol) we have a massive outdoor school which has had a new surface on earlier in the summer - 8 foot fences around which is great feel really secure lol! We get morning feeds put in and haylage put in morning and night. Turnout at additional cost of £1 but all year round turnout depending on the weather - in at the moment as feilds (smaller) abit too water logged but still can be put out in massive 40 acre feild if wanted but its that big by time ive finished work its pitch black and wont be able to find him haha! we have a 6 horse horse walker which can be used aslong as theres more than one horse on (cost too much to run for just 1 horse which is fine) we have access to onsite swimming (horse), spa (horse), solarium (again for the horse lol) and hot water, fantastic hacking quiet roads, fab YO, straw and haylage included all for a fantastic price of £45 a week. its 7 mins away from my house (driving) and im the only one of DIY in my little barn so peace and quiet, love it!!! wont move anywhere else

you have to pay for using the school? How much a week does it cost you on average?? Thanks - just seems a little on the expensive side to me x
 
In Yorkshire- we pay £25 a week for DIY on a self contained yard. Good size stables (provided own matting), automatic drinkers. Lots of grazing and can leave out 24/7 ,365 days if we wanted to. Good secure tack room and brew area. Lots of well lit storage. Hay and straw to buy on site. No school yet but some off road hacking. Hay is £40 for huge bales. Straw is £10 for large round bales.

In the past I've found individual services work out very expensive on yards, so if someone was using them regularly a better deal might be a weekly assisted DIY or part livery charge to give a better option.
 
I'm not sure where in Yorkshire you are but I'm in West Yorks and pay £25 for DIY livery at a basic yard with an arena. I would pay about £30 per horse for what you're offering :) Your yard sounds amazing!
 
£140 per week. I would not call this DIY. I would call this assisted part livery with excellent facilities. (Turning out, Rug Changes, Applying Mud Fever medication and mixing and giving feed all take time. Plus sounds like a very nice and up-market yard).
 
I'm in Yorkshire and would pay £30-35pw for the first option depending on things like hacking and how close it was, and an extra £10-15pw for the services you name, although tbh I'd personally prefer a part livery package where everything was wrapped up - better value for the owner and hopefully guaranteed larger weekly income for the YO.
 
It's £5 an hour to use the indoor but the outdoor school is free.
We tend to only use the indoor in bad weather and also split between a couple of people then it's only a couple of quid...it would work out more expensive if you had it to yourself everyday for an hour!!
I suppose it's to cover the cost of lights etc?
It does have off road hacking and quiet lanes around the yard so the indoor isn't used that much.
 
In South-east but always good to compare I think.

£150 pcm. 30x60 school with minimal lighting. Roomy stable that I have rubber matted. Good individual turnout. Lots of storage, heated rug-room. Fabulous hacking.

Reluctant maintenance but eventually happens.

No services or anything else provided.
 
I'm East yorks and pay £45 Per week per horse haylage and straw inc.

They are fed in a morning and turned out&brought in when fields are in use.

We have good hacking, full use of a 60x80 school with a full set of showjumps.
 
possibly no help since i live on isle of man
but pure livery is normally between £35-£55 a week depending on the yard and what it offered (school use good fields ect)

i am part livery and could tell you what that includes and the cost (if you want to know just PM me more then happy to discuss)

but for what you are offering with poo picking , ect i would be expecting to pay £55 a week and then pay extra for turn out bring in, ect
as other have said its normally about £2 a turn out but some yard here offered a special deal like £7 for the week if it is to be every day turn out!
 
My DIY yard is £28 PW (£117pcm) (complete DIY though, there are no extras available) but on previous yard if you wanted extra's done it was £2.50 to bring in, feed and change rug and £7 to muck out.
