Good luck today
Perhaps the YO was amazed at the amount of 'stuff' that she was expected to store in addition to providing livery?
When is that ever an excuse for not providing the services agreed? If YO had an issue with the amount of 'stuff' then surely just discussing that with the livery would be the thing to do...
Not at all but this forum does nothing except complain about YO's. Yes there are some bad ones and this one does sound bad BUT we have only heard one side of the story. There are some pretty ghastly liveries too.
What???? Er, there is only one side, the truthful side. What sane YO spends ten hours of her day continually telling her livery that is leaving that day anyway, that its very inconvenient because the road needs to be kept clear for the balers, that we need to box up 1/2 mile from yard because we mustn't block the road, that doesn't believe me when I tell her I don't know the surname of the lady who is transporting us (trust me this is not unusual round here, we are very casual), and finally, after I've stood my ground, tells me to just go? Er, I was going anyway. The funniest part about it was that I knew she was lying about the balers, and sure enough, not a single vehicle passed us. Insane.![]()
