Livery Somerset/Devon borders

Help!! Does anyone know of a nice, small, friendly livery yard for my mare in the area between Culmstock in Devon and Wellington in Somerset?

Yard must be clean and tidy and yard owner sane and not a control-freak please. Good turnout is essential (no barbed wire, dodgy fencing, or fields that look like the somme).

Would strongly prefer YO to live on site and must have access to good hacking - an arena, or at least somewhere to lunge, would be nice to have but not absolutely essential, as would somewhere to store my trailer.

All suggestions welcome from those who have actual experience of the yards concerned - I would really like first-hand recommendations as there are so many shoddy yards with nice websites out there.

Have pm'd you re Southey. Culm Pyne is nice if you want DIY , have school and good hacking, but they have a waiting list

Hello!

I am looking for the same thing, yard close to Wellington that either does assisted DIY or part livery as I work shifts. If anyone knows of anything suitable or could tell me about the yards mentioned that would be great. I have a 15.2 ISH gelding and would like a school (or school nearby) and hacking.

Or even if anyone knows about private yards that have a space where I could share chorse that would be good.

Heazle is in the area, but most people will tell you its a tad pricey. But feel free to PM me - tho' I won't have a lot of info as mine was loaned to someone who kept him there and I never visited the yard much.

Thank you I have sent you a message. Not too worried about price so long as it isn't huge/taking the pee as more important that they can cope with my shift work and look after my boy properly when i cant get there

Thank you I have replied to your message. I have spent the day looking on google and I have found Millhouse Equestrian has anyone heard of this place?
I think I am just going to have to go down there and bite the bullet and look at places for myself. i hate trying to find a new yard
