So, those that have been bored with my ongoing traumas of trying to find a livery yard near London with proper turnout will be pleased to know it is now finally sorted 
Went to look at a lovely yard on Saturday which - shock horror - has an amazing 90 acres of land for 15 horses and a few minatures - how good is that?!? They also believe in getting horses turned out as much as possible - 8 hours a day even in the winter (unless there's loads of snow on the ground) and 24/7 for a lot of the year if you want it. The people are really nice and friendly. Facilities are pretty good - a nice outdoor school and good off-road hacking.
A stable isn't coming free for a few months, but they are going to take us on grass livery until it does. Given my notice to my current yard today and they were very sweet about it, so moving in four weeks - hurrah!

Yes - it is a nightmare - I have (no joke) looked at over 80 options to find this place and have shed many a tear along the way. It's annoying because I've not long moved to my current yard, but I'm not impressed by the standard of care where I am and the turnout isn't as good by any means.
