Livery wanted Chester, Wrexham & anywhere in between

Very sadly i was given the news last week that my livery yard is to close & I have a month to find somewhere for my mare. Ideally I'm looking for diy with individual turnout, 24hr turnout in the summer and daily in the winter, a menage and either off road hacking or very quiet hacking. I'd like to start doing a bit more so if there was somewhere that held clinics or had an instructor on site that would be great. We've been so happy at our current yard for over 5 years and I'm finding looking for somewhere new very stressful as I don't want to make the wrong decision for my horse. Area-wise Chester, into North Wales, wrexham, Marford, Hope, Kinnerton & surrounding areas. I've looked at all the obvious places that come up through searches so if anyone knows anywhere off grid I'd be really grateful for any suggestions.

it's maybe not exactly where you want to be, location-wise. But it's only about 20 minutes from Chester.

There are a couple of yards that are between Kelsall and Chester that tick some not all the boxes, if you expand your search to part livery drop me a pm and I'll give you some more details?
