Hi Guys

just wondering if anyone might be able to help?

I am looking for a DIY/assisted DIY livery yard in any of the following areas...

coalville and surrounding
newtown linford/markfield and surrounding
will go as far out as this side of Loughborough

Will consider anywhere thats in a fairly small radious of any of the above.

needs to have a menage of some sort

ANY ideas will be much appreciated - feel free to PM me aswell

Toby - have heard too many bad things about markfield and apparently its a struggle to ride in any of the arenas there, thanks though

Any more suggestions?
 
Bowleys farm? I know there are a few people on here who are there I used to be there when at uni its a lovely yard but not sure if too far out. Or Holme farm although not sure about the school there and again distance? :)
 
Yeh both a little too far out for me, if I'm going loughborough way then it needs to be the leicester side more like woodhouse eaves, beacon etc :-)
 
theres a yard at swithland next to swithland spring water. Just around the corner from the griffin inn. Its more of a happy hackers yard.. wouldnt recommend jumping over 90cm and not often in that menage (or at least how it was when I left) but grazing and stabling is good and relatively cheap (or it was) and access to good hacking in swithland woods and bradgate park beacon hill etc. Alternatively my neighbour near barrow upon soar/walton on the wolds does a good livery with a decent school and great hacking, she usually advertises in charnwood tails I believe. May be a little too far out for you tho.
 
Hi becca, yeah I've looked at the swithland one and the facilities aren't really that great. Barrow is abit far out aswell :-(
