Just wondering what you would expect to pay for:

Full livery (stables poo picked twice a day, mucked out fully once a week unless more needed, and you pick up a poo if there is one in the stable)
Feeding : 3 times a day or whatever you require!
Individual T/O, they turn out and bring back in - you can say how long you want your horse to be out for.
Rugs changed as and when needed
Use of an outdoor 70x90 with complete set of show jumps and in indoor 20x60
Shower area and solarium
Horse Walker
Round pen
Really good off road hacking
Individual tack areas which are lockable
1 or 2 lessons a week, with possibility of joining group lessons if wanted
Livery part is completly private and riding school people are not allowed onto it
All the facilites are brand new!

Thanks for your replies :)

I am not so sure about the "poo picking" thing.

To give you an idea, I pay £346 per month for part livery and I get:-

Full muck out 7 days a week (with skip out in the afternoon/evening if he has been in all day)
All straw, hay and feed (hay and feed measured to be tailored to each horse)
Outdoor school and huge indoor school with lovely surface
Jumping paddock and cross country course
Good grazing, maintained all year for all year turnout
Fab hacking on and off road
Secure tack room etc and full set of jumps
Turnout/bring in with rug change as necessary etc
Feet picked out before leaving stable and when in from field.

Think that is everything (if I remember any more will let you know!) and I am based in South Bucks.

I think if I was looking at full livery I would want as a minimum full muck out each day; not just a poo pick and 1 full muck out once a week. I think it would smell quite a bit, especially if the horse pees as much as some I know!

Whereabouts are you based?

depends on what area you are in? what type of bedding? why not mucked out properly each day? is the use of schools (indoor and outdoor) depent on the riding school use?

I agree with fine_and_dandy. I would want a full muck out definately. For the same thing but no riding school element nearby own XC course, farm ride and 200 acres to ride on with a professional BHSI onsite I was paying £80 plus £10 per lesson for half an hour at a time or £20 for a full hour based in Derbyshire. Clinics were arranged for liveries and any other services as required available onsite.

OOOoo which horse is yours - I know Spider well and the yard managers too. My horse was there last year.

I am now in Speen which is closer to home. Was just curious really!

I remember Ted! I rode out on Abban with you on Apache!

Everyone thought Bailey was Ted when we first got there and kept saying, "hasn't he grown up!" and I couldn't think what they were talking about!!

Yes I also had Kia, the little rose grey connemara x tb - well remembered! Why did you remember her?
