Hi guys, sorry I seem to do a lot of these, but I don't know the area at all and was looking at options in a few places and getting an idea of livery.

However I have found a perfect apartment, a new build in little stanion. Should hopefully be in within a month.

BUT this leads me to the point of this thread, I need a yard! So far I've only found Full or part livery places.

Requirements are -

* good commute from Little Stanion (work mostly in Oundle, but also Corby)
* DIY!!!
* Would like a school but not essential!
* don't want over grazed land please.
* Stable and grazing, but would consider just grazing.

Thanks to anyone who can help. Have done Welland Valley etc...

Lol, I last moved in April, and that was from Oxford to Leicester for work. And I don't have much choice as landlord is selling up my rented property!

ETA: I had planned to go to Oxford with my OH but as you saw on another forum that's not likely now ;) so have been trying to find somewhere else suitable.
