Livery yard change of ownership

Hi,
Im moving to a a new livery yard, but it is changing hands soon.
The new woman says shes going to keep everything the same, as that is what has drawn me there.
it is only small, with 5 boxes, 2 are hers, and 3 are liverys.
Im just wondering, but what are my 'rights' or the chance of her getting in and lieing and hence change everything? Are people like that?

I'd make sure you have a contract with the new woman before you go there. Yes there are people who lie and change things, hopefully this lady won't though.
