Does anyone know of a DIY livery yard in Bedfordshire or within 30 miles of Sandy or Biggleswade area!

The only yards we've found either don't have an arena (a must!) or don't do DIY livery.

Budget about £25 per week.

Need vacancies for two horses!

PM me if necessary!

Thanks!!

Im at the Flying Cat in Croydon, next to Tadlow. Its £44.00 a week but this includes ad-lib straw, shavings are extra, plus ad-lib hay or haylage so well worth it. I can not recommend them enough.

May be a bit far but Northbrook EC, Offord Cluny St neots

Has indoor school-think its £25 a week

Failing that Keysoe EC £25 a week basic or £35 for full use of facilities

If you call Claire Morris from flying cat im sure she will be able to clear out some of the stables that are being used as storage. She did for me, its such a lovely yardwith very good helpful staff.

Sounds like you want a lot for very little money. 1) what size your horses and 2) what do you define as DIY and why is an areana a must??

Not really. The average cost for DIY around here is £25 per week...out of the 15 or so websites I've visited, only three charged more...one listed above was £27.50 per week...the other was £25 for the stables...or £35 for full use of competition facilities...the last is the one I contacted and that includes bedding and haylage.

1) The horses are 15hh and 16hh
2) DIY - Do It Yourself. Rent a stable with grazing, water supply and electricity, buy your own feed, bedding and hay (unless part of the arrangement - at cost), look after the horse yourself.
3) Arena is a must as my horses are young and I want the safest possible surface for myself and them...if I didn't want an arena, I'd leave them at home.

You should come and visit the flying cat and look around it has 2 outdoor schools, 1 indoor, walker, horses are turned out often and they hold SJ clinics etc. If you do come for a nosey ask to see Zulu and Evie they are my babies.
