Livery yard in Essex

I am looking for a nice DIY livery yard in Essex. I am currently stabled at a yard in Roxwell which has just been put on the market. I have my name on the waiting list for Dukes, lightfoots, stonehill, and have viewed skreens. It needs to be in roxwell, willingale,ongar, blackmore and over close sorrounding areas. Must have nice large stables as my little horse spends quite a lot of time in his due to recovering from laminitis in the spring. He will need a small grazing paddock that doesn't have much grass in it. Must have a nice good sized arena as I do quiet a lot of dressage with him. The yard must be safe and secure and have lighting. Must be reasonably priced as well.

I have really struggled to find a decent yard in this area, am currently on a private yard in Writtle that isnt ideal.
Do a search on here for yards in Chelmsford there have been quite a few of late & you may find something off one of the threads that may be suited to you.
