Livery Yard in North Kent or Essex

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a nice livery yard that does assisted grass DIY within a driveable distance from Docklands? It needs to have all year round turnout and a floodlit arena.

My livery yard is in Meopham (just outside Gravesend) which is North Kent. Not sure where Docklands is, so can't comment on the distance though. My boy is on exactly that - assisted grass livery, there is year round turn out, not sure about the floodlit arena though (There is an outdoor menage, just not sure if it is floodlit or not)

It is called Nurstead Court - They do have a website but it hasn't been updated for about 2 years! PM me if you want the number of the Yard Manager, as the number on the website is for hiring the marquee, not regarding livery (Also PM me if you want to ask anymore qu's about the yard/prices etc)
It's an olympic training facility for the 2012 olympics with an all year round cross country course. They also hold an event there once a year, with the likes of Pippa Funnell attending! A hunt also goes from there once a year and best of all (for me anyway) there is fab hacking!

tasteofchaos - Do you know when the horse trials are on this year - or have they already happened? Couldn't see anything on the net, but since I'm local I though I might pop in for a look.
