Livery Yard in Scottish Borders as close to Selkirk as possible

Hi just wondering if anyone could reccomend a livery yard near Selkirk in Scottish Borders. I am looking to wean my mare in January and thought this would be a good way to do it. I would like and arena with lights as I m hoping to have her semi-fit before she goes by riding her in the field with foaly and then going for short hacks while foal is in stable hopefully gettting them used to being apart before the big upheaval. I would prefer full livery although could do diy if close enough, any reccomendations? It seems the livery yards down here do not advertise and do not have websites....

There are a few that i'd consider. Anne cranston at Broomhill? dryden? there are a few others but depends on how busy a yard you want. There is a very nice one at ashkirk whose name escapes me but i think she only has a couple. I'd need to ask the OH!
 
Come to my yard (well not mine but where my horsey lives). Does everything from DIY to Full/Schooling. YO is a classical dressage instructor and is so lovely! Nice floodlit outdoor school, and on the Buccleuch estate so 46,000 acres of off road riding enough? It is by far the best yard I have ever been on and the horses are all happy and relaxed. :)

Hi thankyou for those, Buccleuch was something I didn't think of until after posting thread, it looks really good. I did a drive out there with my dartmoor about a month ago it was lovely despite the weather!! I will speak with mumsie and see what she thinks, i have a flat down in the bowels of selkirk just outside the rough bit so Bowhill would be perfect! My folks live in Melrose and I work there too so it would be a case of finish work check abandoned ponies who will hopefully be feral by then and then go pamper mummy horse!! trying to keep things as easy as possible this winter!! Do you know if they have spaces?? Does it get very busy? and most importantly is you horse happy there?

Broomhill was initially my first thought and my bf is friends with the starks so thought about there too was just seeing if there were many more lurking about. For such a supposedly horsey place does it not get your goat that there isn't and equestrian centre near by, the closest is SNEC as far as i know. Do you know of any kind of schooling nights anywhere like they do at HOWE or Snec?
