Livery Yard in Wickford

Does anyone know of any nice DIY yards in Wickford, Essex or within 10 mins drive?

Would need to have all year turnout - 24hrs in summer if poss, a menage, access to bridlepaths and a friendly environment.

Answers on a postcard please!

Depends what type of yard you are after
small private/large - kids - no kids etc ??
think de beauviour (not sure on spelling) looks quite nice
 
There's one called Sudbury Farm (I think) in Downham. A friend's there, and likes it, plus it's very close to Ramsden RC showground, which is handy for shows/jumping/dressage if you don't have transport. Also within riding distance of Runningwells for their comps.
