Firstly, I'd want to know where in the south east you mean? Obviously London and surrounding areas I would expect to pay more, but further afield a bit less so would need to know really.
Secondly, full livery is full livery, i.e. everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) including exercise so you first question is a little flawed! The price is irrelevant. What you're asking is what people expect for 'full livery'.
Loaning a horse for 4 hours a day but no riding? So you want me to look after it / watch it in the field and you expect me to pay?????! Ditto the next question but with 30 mins riding, so you're asking here how much you'd pay for a 30 min lesson??
Your beginner's educational day seems a lot to cover in one day. If someone has no idea about horses, this is a lot to take in. Perhaps consider it over a weekend maybe.
And your 'how much' questions are a little too general!! If you want proper answers you would need to provide more info, comp records if they had them and perhaps a photo or two.
