Hi Everyone I own an 18 month old colt and I am looking for somewhere in the preston Lancashire Area to keep him. Where I have him currently charge £60 a week and although the facilities are great I don't really need them as I'm not riding obviously. The plus side is there are a lot of youngsters with whom he plays out with in the field everyday. I want him to continue to have the option to play out but I begrudge the price! plus its miles away from where I live so fuel is costly and all in all he costs me £400 a month. Its not the money its just the principle as I feel I am paying over the odds for what I am getting. Does anyone know of any colt friendly yards? Or are there any private owners out ther with a colt at home who needs a friend? He's impeccably behaved and quiet as a mouse - not coltish at all. HELP!
