Livery yard recommendations SE London / Kent / Surrey

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations and contact details for yards that offer 7 day livery in or around Bromley (within about 30 mins) - needs to have an all weather school that can be used all year, all year turn out, good hacking and horsebox parking.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions!

Alternatively, if anyone know of any yards to rent / buy I'd be interested in that too! Keeping options open at this stage!

hi, yards to stay away from would be Foxhill Farm in Keston (horrible yard manager) and hayes farm (horrible people there)
i would recommend bromley common, downe court, chelsfield and maybe wickham court but can be quite bitchy, don't have the contact details but will be easily found on the internet
