So I haven't been on here much, been very busy getting the yard ready for 20th April, our Opening Day. If anyone wants to come please do from 2pm and come and have a nose and a glass of wine

Just come back in from taking some piccies....

Finally (!!!!) finished the 30 livery stables, we're just finishing putting the auto drinkers in and then we need to clean it all out, hence why some of the plastic is a wierd dusty colour

We have sand on the arena, poor Wardy, one of the workmen still here at 6.30pm due to getting the arena ready for the rubber coming tomorrow. Fingers crossed it will be ready for the weekend

I've also had 2 more stables booked through word of mouth! So 7 stables booked with no advertsing isn't too bad.

Looks stunning! If I was in your area I'd be asking if you needed staff lol

I'm only 21 and I realise I'm extremely lucky!

We're going to be doing DIY, assisted DIY and Part. If we find that there is a demand for Full then we will employ people, but we're just starting off slowly, we're not bothered if we don't get up to 30 until next year.
 
Absolutely amazing yard!! What a fantastic opportunity, if I was up your way I'de be there in a jiffy! Oooo and we have the same solarium, I love the little fans

It's looking really good Claire. You must be really excited to have the arena nearly finished! The lockers look a good idea.
 
That looks wonderful. I hope you get lots of really nice liveries to fill all those stables. I think people will be beating a path to your yard to be honest!
