livery yards around rothley leics area!!

hi everyone i have recently move back to rothley leicestershire area after 6 years away, and i just wondered what livery yards people recommend around this area. I will be willing to travel up to 20 mins if it was a good enough yard. Perferably DIY, with a school, would be good if it had floodlights on it and also somewhere with a set of jumps, good grazing would be good, also if there was good hacking around that would be good. so if you keep your horses around this area let me know where you recommend. thanks for those, anyone else out there who stables in like rothley, swithland, mountsorrel quorn, barrow, sileby, newtown linford, thurcaston,or markfield? heard about places all over here put would love to hear if people recommended them?? Thanks
 
Theres a stables in swithland where swithland spring water is that might suit? It has access to decent hacking (Swithland woods, beacon hill & braggie park all within reach). When I was there the school had jumps and lights (wouldnt call it floodlit) but the surface was so rubbish I wouldnt jump big. However talking years back now so it might have been redone :). Its was a DIY yard but with all optional extras at reasonable prices when I was there. Is in easy reach of rothley too :). Barrow theres a small livery near the roundabout to the new estate that might suit. Dont know much about it, except the manege has a good surface but is quite small. I will check the name for you when I drive past next. They are also well placed for absolutely fantastic hacking on the prestwold estate - more riding than you need/ could use I think. Theres a touch of roadwork to get there, but its not bad and its very normal to see horses hacking along it (40mph country road). Its not quite as well placed as my neighbour who has all the facilities you want - lovely stables, 50x25m lit manege with good surface & jumps- and we are just round the corner from accessing the offroad hacking (and on a side lane), however Im pretty sure shes just full or part livery :/. yeahh i have heard that the surface at the one in swithland isnt that great, i used to keep a horse there years ago and i do seem to remember it not been great, and i want to jump so thats what putting me off. if you could let me know the name off the one in barrow that would be great thanks :) and do you know how much your neighbour charges for part-livery. thanks :)
 
Im afraid i dont have a clue how much my neighbour charges, but ive just flicked through a charnwood tails & shes advertised as full only sorry! I forgot to check the name doh, will do on the way past next!
 
I know of a space at my friends yard, The Vale Country Stables, about 20 minutes drive away from you. It has an all weather flood lit menage, showjump paddock and direct hacking links. She has a Facebook page if you would like to see more information. Thank you:)
