livery yards bishops lydeard nr taunton

I have managed to find 2 livery yards in Bishops Lydeard near Taunton where I will be moving to shortly
The first is called Pickney Lane Livery Yard
The other is called Pound Farm Liver Yard

Just wondering if any of you guys out there know anything about these yards - good or bad please
