Livery Yards - Bradford/Leeds

Hi There - really need some help, does anyone know of any really nice Livery Yards around Bradford / Leeds border? I am looking for a flexible yard with services if possible, individual turnout, Floodlit School and 3.5 ton lorry parking. Can anyone help or know of any hidden gems?! I am completely fed up of mud hole of current yard and riding in 8 inches of wet sand!! :( I am only looking for one stable and could possibly look at part or full livery ( i am very neat and tidy so maybe if anyone has own private yard with spare stable - please let me know! )

Good Luck!! I've been looking for one for 6 months now! Mine is in East Bierley at an absolute dive of a place but there's hardly anywhere nearer to where I live in Churwell, Morley so i'm going to have to look further afield.

Wadlands Farm is where i'm thinking of going to - it's out Calverley way so fairly close to Leeds & Bradford. As far as I know it has an arena, a jumping field and a horse walker and pretty good turnout. I think they do all kinds of livery but i'm not sure as i've not actually been up to look yet? Squeal if you want their number.

By the way - i'm envious you have 3.5t box! I want one but am struggling to warratn funding one!!! :D
