livery yards - business rates

I was just wondering whether anyone on here who runs a livery yard could tell me (by PM, if you'd rather!) how much you pay in business rates, and what facilities these are applied on.
I'm presuming its just on the buildings (and schools/horsewalker) themselves and not the grazing? Would a XC course be included?
I'm just trying to get estimates before we convert our buildings

Find another local livery with the same sort of facilities and bang their post code into this link and look for their business

that said, it tells you the rateable value and not what they pay

Locally to me in North Hertfordshire the Business Rates on commercial livery yards work out at about £6.00 per stable.

Thankyou! Very interesting to see what the values are locally, and also which local businesses aren't there!!!!
I guess that's why they can afford to charge cheap livery...
