Livery Yards Exeter/Exmouth?

I may be moving to the Exeter area later this year and am planning ahead and looking into livery yards. Can anyone recommend any good ones in the area? Would need turnout (preferably year round), schooling facilities and good hacking. Ideally South East of Exeter.
