Livery yards. HELP!

Hi All.
I need some help and advise please. I'm looking for a livery yard, either DIY (quiet and friendly!) or assisted livery in Essex.
Unfortunately need to keep within a budget as looking for livery for two.
Biggest requirement is a ménage as the boys are both four now and I need the facilities to bring them on.
I have been on livery yards previously, with not the greatest of experiences so would like to hear some reviews if people would be kind enough to share.
The main areas I'm looking in are Braintree, Maldon, Chelmsford, Kelvedon, Tiptree, Writtle, Roxwell, so quite a wide spread
All help would be gratefully received.

You could try what used to be Elite Equestrian in Felsted? I'm not sure if she still has assisted livery places. It is under new ownership/management this year. A friend of mine has a horse there and she loves it. I will find out her number.

Have you tried Limbourne, near Maldon. I had my old pony there and he was very happy. They have a menage and great hacking.
They do DIY, assisted and full livery at reasonable rates and it's very friendly.

I'm at a lovely DIY farm - Allshots in Kelvedon. It is a working farm but I've found it's been fantastic for my youngster.
Tiptree has a few different stables, Venn Farm is one and then there is the pig farm.
Chelmsford - Westwoods near the park n ride or Galleywood there is Park Farm.
Roxwell - Lightfoots or Stonehill.
