Hi all,

Can anyone recommend any livery yards in the Bucks area (eg: Marlow / Stokenchurch / Lane End / Bledlow Ridge / Saunderton, Frieth etc, could stretch to HW or Beaconsfield for the right yard)?

In my ideal world, I am looking for :

DIY with stable
Good grazing
Option of 24/7 T/O in summer
Secure tackroom
School - with good surface and lights
Must have good hacking
Trailer/lorry parking

Any yards to avoid? PM if you prefer!

Thank you all in advance.

Ooh there are loads of yards - however one with everything is always tricky to find!!
The yard I am at is in Bourne End, don't know if that is too far? Anyway we have everything on the list apart from the hacking isn't amazing - its OK but fair amount of roadwork.
Bockmer in Marlow common not bad, I was there years ago and schools were a bit rubbish but I believe they have improved them since.
Keep seeing ads for one called Clayfield Equestrian in Flackwell heath - but not sure where they would hack as don't know of many bridelways up there.
Hangar farm in Fingest has everything apart from a school, you have to hack to the nearest one and it hasn't got lights.
Jennings Farm is up near Beaconsfield, not been myself but looks nice on their website, spoke to owners and they seemed nice.

hi,
im at Clayfields, we have one stable at the moment i think and a couple of grass livery spaces, lovely yard and people, in fact ive never been happier at a yard but hacking isn't great, do-able but not great.

I've replied in Competition as saw it there first- but i second JenningsFarm people as very friendly.
