Livery Yards in Dumfries?

Was wondering if anyone knows of any yards around dumfries? I'm possibly moving there in the near future but can't find anywhere close to dumfries!! Only possibility is about 25 miles away which is a bit far for DIY!!!!

I need all year turnout (quite a bit of grass for elderly mare) and good off road hacking. They could live out but stables be better. An arena would be a bonus but not essential!

I know of somebody just outside Dumfries - not sure for definite but think he does livery. Not sure if the facilities would suit or not, will PM you
