Livery Yards in Halifax

I have recently relocated to Rishworth in Sowerby Bridge near Halifax.
I need a livery yard which has good facilities and a good reputation.
Can anyone help me out with any good local horsey services also vets farriers etc

Sorry I can't help with livery yards or farriers in that area, but Hird & Partners of Halifax is an excellent vets, they have their own dedicated horse vets and surgery up at Shelf (between Halifax and Bradford).

clough house will be near you , on an old farm , think the facilities were set up about 6 years ago , nice enough place with decent facilities but probably not enough for a serious competitor , think they may have a website if you google

ps , i am also considering taking a livery at my yard at home but i'm the other side of town so probably too far but pm me if anyone else is looking

Amblers at Mythemroyd (sp) used to have pretty good facilities, they changed from RS to just livery a few years ago. I think Norland is also doing just livery now as well.

hi, i have recently opened a livery yard in a small place called Mount Tabour in Halifax. this will be around 15mins away from u i think. i have large stables, outdoor school and winter turnout. I offer full and part livery at very reasonable prices, can offer schooling, instruction and excercise for u and your horse. I have a visiting farrier and am trying to organise free yard visits on a monthly basis from a local large equine veterinary practice.
