Hi just wondering if anybody can help. My family have just bought a house in the Honley area of Huddersfield (west yorkshire) and i am not totally familiar with the area and dont know of any livery yards in or around the area. I am looking for a nice yard that has stabling, grazing and a decent sized all weather floodlit arena, anything extra is a bonus. I am looking for part or full livery as i work full time and am looking to spend no more than about £80 per week. I dont mind travelling a littler further into the surrounding areas but pref no more than about 15 miles. If anybody can help i would be very gratful as i am starting to panic a little now! Thankyou!

There's Louise Redfearns (BSJA Accredited trainer) on Bradshaw Road Honley and a livery yard opposite hers. Both have floodlit large outdoor arenas. PM me if you want any further info as my private yard is just at the top of the hill.

Blacker farm livery is a lovely yard, all year turnout, horsewalker, lovely outdoor school which is floodlit, great prices and they really look after your horse! A few friends have said the avoid rockwood due to horse care! Pm if you need anymore info:)

My horse is kept at blacker farm in emley and I live in holmfirth it's a lovely yard and my horse receives the best care I could wish for.
