Hi,

I'm looking to move my boy up here to Manchester with me at some point in the near future. I've found a few yards that I'm considering but wondered if anybody could suggest more?

The one I'm most keen on at the moment is Mosslands Farm in Irlam, which does DIY for £23.50 a week.

I live in Rusholme and work in Denton, so somewhere close to either of those would be ideal. I don't want to drive more than 20 minutes from home and/or work to get to him.

Budget is an absolute MAXIMUM of £30p/w. The turnout need not be perfect but must be well fenced and I'd love a school/use of jumps.

So.. any suggestions?

Boothstown should be quite a lot closer to you. Try Harrisons livery over the canal bridge in Boothstown. Great hacking and far from the main road!
Also Billy Hartleys on Astley Moss, but I'm not sure if theres any room there.
Erm where else is there..
Theres a lot around boothstown and Astley moss, have a look online :D Most are near the canal and moss so fab hacking.
(Boothstown/Astley is pretty much parallel with Irlam but IMO would have a LOT nice hacking than Irlam is likely to have.)

:D

There's Dawn White's in Irlam, also Pete Jeffs' near the Moss, Angela's next to it and a bigger one down the same track with an indoor that I can't remember the name off

Quick update on this..

I'm now definitely not looking around the Irlam area after seeing how bad the traffic is at that junction every day :( I'd be sat in it for a good 40 minutes and I just can't!

Sooooo I'm now looking more specifically around East/South Manchester - any suggetsions for that area would be most welcome.
