Livery yards in North Somerset

I'm currently looking into buying a small yard near Weston-super-Mare to run as livery yard. I'd preferably run it as a part or full livery, a lot of the yards around seem to be full so I assume there is a market for it but I also know of a lot of livery yard cutting down on numbers or closing down.

It has good size stables, arena, off road hacking etc.

Is there a market for part or full livery? Or are most people wanting DIY nowadays?
