livery yards in nottingham ng14 area

Hey everyone. I've been living in calverton since Dec'07 and still can't find a livery yard where i'm happy. I'm looking for part livery with a floodlit school and half decent hacking. Most importantly I want stables that don't leak, no barbed wire fencing and generally looked after with people i can trust. Is it too much to ask? I currently pay £35 a week which includes stable, field and turnout 7 days a week. Any suggestions appreiated!

How far do you want to travel?
Trent Valley Equestrian Centre at Fiskerton was very nice when I lived down that way and my neice now liveries there.

Buckleap, just on the A60 next to Lakeside? Don't know if you've tried there? Slightly more than you're paying at the moment though

He is a gelding. Looked at Buckleap before but looked like the school flooded easily.
