hi,
does anybody know of a friendly livery yard in the glastonbury area.
i need DIY for two horses... Can anyone help me???!!!!

Hi - I live in Glastonbury. There are no livery yards in Glastonbury but I keep my horse at a very good yard, 4 miles away in the village of Pedwell. Its run by a good friend of mine. At the moment she has 2 spare stables but I wouldn't wait around too long if you want to go and look.

There is another yard 2 miles from Glastonbury I know of but I left there due to an accident with my boy, and numerous others have left and come to my friends yard. Howevern PM me for details. You need to take a look at both and then decide.
 
I forgot to say that ours is a very friendly yard with floodlit outdoor arena and all year turnout. Sometimes our RC uses the place in the summer for events and I organise small group lessons with a very good instructor.
 
Pop into Tincknells in Wells, they have lots of ads up. I'm on ADIY in the Mendips. Since moving from Hampshire, I have found good yards to be as rare as hens teeth in Somerset. Perhaps I was spoilt for choice, but looking to move back there for the benefit of my pony. Can tell you where to avoid though by PM. Good luck.
