Marsh Farm in Shipston-on-Stour. I know they have an arena there, but not much else.
CMC Equines in Fen End (Town Crier Cottage), run by Claire McCormick, real tight ship and fab facilities (2 arenas, 1 indoor, 1 outdoor, walker, and equine pool) brill hacking too. Couldn't give Claire and her staff enough praise if I tried (she gives FABULOUS lessons too! Plus Alex Hargie is a visiting instructor there).

Windmill Farm in Kineton. No idea on facilities, just that it's there.
Swallowfield Equestrian. Super facilities (indoor & outdoor, walker and cross country course), onsite competitions too.
Also think Laura Shears (event rider) offers livery at her yard.
Merton Hall livery, but that's more Rugby way, not sure if that's the direction you're looking for. Not sure on facilities though.
