Hi, I posted this on the South East board but no responses, so I’m hoping more people might see it here…

Hi does anyone know any yards round the Woking area that have part livery spaces, ideally for 2 geldings as my friend would like to move with me.
Must haves are a decent school, year round daily turnout and good hacking. My horse has COPD so an airy stable and a yard that lets me use paper bedding (that I source myself) are a must.
The yard we’ve been at for years is sadly closing down and I’ve not had much luck looking on Surrey horse & pony Facebook group or in rokers

The 'good hacking' will be your stumbling block as south side of Woking there isnt hacking except the odd bit of bridleway.
But there are yards in Send, Ripley and Clandon that tick all the other boxes.
North side of Woking, there isn't a yard on Horsell that does part livery (except 1 and the YO has closed her wait list I think, hers is full 5 day and DIY weekends), so the likes of Kelmstone in Chobham would probably be the nearest to try? They back onto a Bridleway that goes to Horsell common and Stanners (and on to Chobham Common) the other way.

You'll have a better choice perhaps if you look at Chobham and Pirbright areas or Worplesdon. Tho several yards in Chobham have closed in recent years.
Good luck!

If kelmstone still burn their muck heap it may not suit a COPD horse, worth bearing in mind OP
