livery yards in west sussex

i'm looking for a new yard in west sussex, near fontwell ideally.

i am after a yard that:-

good size stables
nice grazing (preferable indervidual but not essential)
friendly atmosphere
good facilities (min decent outdoor school with jumps)
and i would like somewhere with assitance if possible

any ideas??? also am i being to picky?

ETA i need somewhere for 2 horses 1 mare, 1 gelding both thoroughbreds 15.3 and 16.1

Lordington near chichester is a nice livery yard with fab hacking but not sure if its too far away from you as it is the other side of Chi....

Boxgrove would be worth considering

Would recommend here Waterloo livery stables at West Ashling (know the people who run it) but it's probably a bit far
