Livery yards in Woking/ Pirbright/ Chobham area?

I'll be finishing uni in a couple of months so will be moving back home to Surrey (unless a miracle job appears in the meantime :o ) . Does anyone know of a yard in the Woking/ Pirbright / Horsell/ Chobham area for part livery? Needs to have daily tunout and an arena larger than 20X40 ideally as horse is large and needs turning space! A big bonus would be good access to hacking.
Would consider doing DIY if anyone had space on a private yard.

Fenns Farm Livery, its beween woking and chobham, pass Buttons saddlery (will be on your right coming from gordons school) to roundabout turn right 3rd exit, then left almost straight away, then right again into fenns lane about 3rd mile up there very nice people, proberley find them on google. Dont know if they have any vacancies. (They are one of my customers) :o
 
There are lots of livery yards in the areas you mention. If you look in the window of the horse shop "Buttons" in West End (between Chobham and Bisley) or Chobham Rider in Chobham there are lots of yards advertising livery. You may have to compromise on eiher the size of the manege for really good hacking or vice versa but may be lucky enough to get both. The hacking in the area is generally good and of course Merrist Wood competition venue is just down the road. I cant recommend a yard but suggest you visit a few and then decide which suits you best.
