Livery Yards Near Chester

I'm thinking of moving from Sheffield to Chester in the Spring and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good livery yard. It would ideally need to be max 30 mins drive from Chester, full livery, year round turn out (on good land), good all weather outdoor surface (and preferably indoor as well, but that's just being greedy!). Nice quiet hacking would be good but not essential. Somewhere near Delamere Forest would be lovely.

Any ideas?!

there is nice one near kinnerton, dont know name though, Also one in Sychdyn near Mold
