Livery Yards Near Shrewsbury

I'm looking for DIY or ideally Part Livery near Shrewsbury, preferable on the west side. I'm thinking of looking at the following yards, does anyone one know anything about them? Or know of any others I could try?
Currently on my list are:
The Isle Estate at Bicton
Startlewood near Nesscliff
Polemere near Pontesbury

I live down the road from Startlewood. Seems like a nice place, loads of great hacking in our area too

What do you want from a yard?
The Isle is lovely and run by great people - yard owners are dressage oriented, there's fab off road riding and a cute xc course. Limited road hacking if you want distance or variety though.

I don't know Startlewood but if you are looking up that way, there's Burlton Manor which is fairly new - lovely arena.

From what I've seen of Polemere, it looks comparatively basic but seems to have a nice atmosphere and a low level non competitive group of liveries.

Depends what sort of yard you're looking for!

Do you do Facebook ? if so look on the Long Mynd Bridleways Association FB page, several riders there from a largish area, might be able to point you in the direction of other livery yards than the ones mentioned for you to visit.
