was just in the middle of composing a PM to you but had to break for tea

they have one space in a months time, but she chatted for about 10mins and the place does sound lovely. Some friends were there a few years back and said how nice it was. Why is life never easy?

Perhaps you can share a field till more stables are ready? The lady does sound very nice and the place is amazing! Only wish I was nearer.

I know - am after somewhere where I can turn them out 24/7 all year round as where we are at the mo gets very very wet and with Pidge's hock spavin he would be better out as much as possible. To give you an idea of how wet it is they have been in most nights for the past couple of weeks, instead of out 24/7!
