I would basically like DIY livery for poss 2 around 10mins from Gatwick max. With good AYTO - no postage stamps in summer, nice quiet yard (pref no kids), good school with lights and that doesn't resemble a pond in the rain and people let you get on with it. Maybe for right yard i'd pay Part livery but it would have to be amazing
 
I'm on a nice yard prob a bit too far, but in blindley heath. I think there is only one space left, but a lot of people come from horley. Very friendly, there are kids but you don't notice them! Pm if you want more details x
 
Samp - you have the same idea as me, I live in Copthorne and am considering moving my horse to the area - so if anyone knows of anywhere in the Copthorne area too, ideas gratefully received!! Thanks
 
Samp- it's a shame you're not nearer me!! as I have a spare satble!, If I think of anywhere I will let you know.
