Hi, does anybody know of any good full livery yards in south london or close to within 30 mon drive. must have good facilities, good turnout and most importantly great reliable and trustworthy staff. currently paying £480per month and dont want to go above this
 
brill, can i ask what your facilties are and how much 7 day livery costs? currently they muck out, turnout 7 days and it includes feed, hay and bedding. How large is your yard and do you have a postcode so that i could google map it to see where it is

I don't know whereabouts you are but after I gave up my Brixton (!) yard I moved my horse to Warlingham, about 20/30 minutes from Streatham, and several of my friends did the same. There's is also a good DIY yard in South Croydon.
If you'd consider Biggin Hill I run a small (6 horse max) DIY yard there.
 
Im looking for a assisted DIY or part livery around Coulsdon/Chipstead/Warlingham or over Epsom way.
Where abouts in Warlingham? And what yard in South Croydon? I live that way so might already know it.
 
ive been given albury equestrian in surrey which seems lovely further out than i wanted, the lady that runs it caroline seems lovely and also Glanmire just by the epsom down that seems lovely not spoken to anyone yet there tho
 
The South Croydon yard is off Gravel Hill, I was there for 11 happy years! No assistance, just owners helping each other out though. Holt Farm in Warlingham do assisted DIY, lovely yard with good facilities. You could also try Farleigh Court and Hazelwood in Warlingham. Or Fairchildes and Fickleshole at the Croydon side of Warlingham/Chelsham borders, don't know if they offer asissted DIY though.

30x60 menage full set of jumps
turnout in groups of 4-6 horses mares/gelding split
grow our own hay (good quality)
hack around our fields (45 acres)
inside stabling in 12x12 or 14x12
small paddocks in case of injury
24 hour security - locked alarm tack room to comply with insurance needs
fantastic groom - she is my best friend so runs the yard adn you also have myself and my dad around most of the time
everything included apart from grooming/riding - its £5 for lunge and £10 for schooling

£430 a month

I have heard of them all but forgotten about them, havnt need to think about a livery yard for 11 years

Thank you will have to try and find them now.
 
Also in claygate is manor farm they've got an indoor and outdoor school I was very happy there, close to good hacking to.
