Livery Yards - Southampton?!!

My mate is moving from London to Southampton and asked me if I knew of any decent livery yards near Soton for her horse, so i thought I would ask you lot as I do not have a clue!!

Ideally she wants a nice yard, with parking for transport, individual turn out, good facilities, inc XC course (or one near by), horse walker ideally which does part livery..........

Any suggestions please?

Which side of southampton is she moving to? if its the new forest side i wouldnt have a clue but would have a better idea if it isnt.

Try looking on www.nfed.co.uk for ad's for yards. I've heard Pinkmead in Botley has a nice livery scene along with Exton Stud and Mayhill Stud in Droxford.

I used to work at exton stud. It's nice there has an indoor and outdoor school also had a horse walker & lots of turn out no xc course though. The owners wernt very nice but they have sold it since i was there so don't know about new ones. May hill had limited turnout when i lived near there and only a small indoor school. No xc course. I don't no about pinkmead for livery but there is a show ground over yhe road that has unafill sj and dressage also afill sj and riding club shows. I think they have a xc course to but not shore. I hope this is of some help.

Pinkmead is a busy riding school so might not be the best. Very hard to get in indoor scool, also not much individual turnout. Quob has lots of facilities, but again has a riding school, but no direct experience of school use etc.
