Does anyone know of any small or private DIY/ Part-livery yards around in the area? Know of the ones that tend to be advertised/ come up in searches/ advertised in Welland Valley, etc.

Well its not a small yard but Chestnut Farm in Hallaton is very good.

Keyham livery, nice little yard, all weather surface and internal stables, lovely yard! Just moved my boy there and because it's so quiet he settled straight the way.. P.s also has fantastic hacking!

Please don`t waste your time and money on this yard, (it is expensive for the hassle you receive).
You can not have an opinion!
You must step in line and do as you are told or you`re threatened to be thrown off e.g something as simply as turning your horse out, a different time to others!
I was only there for 3 months and in that time 6 livery`s have come and gone!
