Livery Yards with REAL all year turnout in Essex/London

Does such a yard exist in Essex/London and does it have decent facilities - menage? off road hacking? Services such as a groom to feed etc? If so, where is it and when can my neds move in? We've had no turn out at our yard for nearly 2 months now and it's getting dangerous to ride!
 
We are on the london/herts edge so too far but no groom sorry!! First person up (me) always feeds them all and I offer services (so anyone can have assisted diy if needed or part livery if they go away/work etc and we all hep each other out). We really do have all year turn out 365 days of the year but thats because its completley DIY so nothings restricted!!
 
I moved my horse out of North London to South Herts for that reason. My compromise was having to travel further to get to the yard but it's worth it as I turned out every day even in the snow.

Can't help where you're looking as I know further west than you need but I'm sure they exist if you look a tiny bit further out.
 
I'm at a yard in cuffley which is just outside enfield, proper all year turn out but itd diy, woodhurst farm is in enfield and i think has all year turn out, i know they have different livery types too.
 
I was living in Buckhurst Hill for a few years and had to admit defeat. There was absolutely nothing with decent turn out at all. Best I managed was a place near the Swan (fish restaurant in Ongar) where you had a small paddock per horse and could use it as you wished. There was a girl there who did turn out feed, muck out etc. Really friendly people. They have a school but I can't remember if there were floodlights.

I'll face book the girl who lived there and see if there are vacancies if you like?

Im just round the corner from you in in Northaw!

Honest not any yards in Enfield with great facilities and all year turnout.... Best one to try is probably woodhurst
 
Lillyputts in Wingletye lane, Romford has 100% all year turnout, with hacking,manege and services.
Orange tree in Havering Atte Bower may have, but stables are bit cr**py
 
Lillyputs in hornchurch, Bourningwood stud in Harold wood, Woodend in warley, The Water Tower in havering atte bower. All of the above had great turnout with 24/7 summer option. Most other yards around the area have decent all year turnout meaning they go out for a period most days.
I used to be stabled in Epping years ago and none of the yards around had much turnout.
 
I'm at a yard near Enfield/ Cuffley. Menage, year round T/O except when snow is really bad but have access to paddocks for a couple of hours T/O when it is awful. Have off road hacking too. PM me if you want details.
 
Thats a really wide area - is there somewhere particular you would prefer? There are loads of yards Romford way that I know would suit you! Grazing is never gonna be amazing but a bit every day would be pretty essential to me too!
