I am looking for a livery yard to rent/lease experienced rider looking to run small business.

Its a nightmare isn't it trying to find one,we are a professional family looking to rent with a house if possible,its like trying to find gold!!

Have you looked in the back of H&H, there are usually quite a few in there.

We are also on the look for a yard and a house.
Although not searching "properly".
Its such a pain trying to find the right place in the right area. We need to stay here as this is where dads business is, and my trainer. Highly annoying!

Yes but never in the right area can't really move away to far due to work etc.
