So I cant decided whether to get the Liveryman Classic or the Nova for clipping face/around sheath and anywhere awkward really! What do people recommend? I find my LIster Liberty's too big for my lads face and heavy for clipping heels etc. Many thanks!

I bought some dog clippers on amazon for Mavis and I use them on the horses for the feathers and faces and they are really good, much better than my wahl trimmers and they were much cheaper only about £30.

Nova is great especially if you get the longer (3mm) blade instead of the standard 2mm- I clip around 20 horses a week in busy clipping season and use novas for fiddly bits on all.

Yep clipped my boy end of last week, hence query re trimmers. He is much more comfortable as he’d grown a lot of coat. Usually I try not to clip til October but he wasn’t comfortable.
