Liveryman Customer Service Number

Hello all (first thread on here! I am notmally a viewer rather than a writer :))
I have just received some clippers which I ordered the other day - they are Liveryman Harmony Plus Clippers without the battery pack. I read the instructions yesterday when they arrived, and went to charge the clippers for the amount of time specified but when I plugged them in, the red light initially came on followed after about a minute by the light going out and just beeping..... i am not sure that this is right as they presumably wouldnt have come to me fully charged and it states that when they are fully chatged that the light goes blue.... so not sure what to do. I got them online (new) but thought i would look for a number for Liveryman just to check that this was normal but cant find a number for them after extensive googling!!! Does anyone have such a thing? Many thanks in advance....
 
I've never had them beeping before!

The light on the clippers is red when they are switched on; it flashes red when they are running out of charge and it is blue when fully charged.
 
Thanks all. I've sent them back. I spoke to the very helpful Liveryman Workshop and he said that's definitely not right but that he's never heard of that issue before so to send them back. I got them through a shop on eBay so returned them there instead even though the Liveryman man said they'd send a courier to collect - they were extremely helpful. Unlike the ebay shop who didn't seem particularly interested. I don't want them looked at and sent back as it would take too long so I've sent them back and ordered some from robinsons which will hopefully arrive soon.
