Are these any good, im getting clippers for my birthday this week. And noticed these can be used as either battery or mains powered which is good.

I'd be using them for hogging, trimming and maybe the one clip in winter.

Thanks

I have the liverman harmony clippers they are good. Im not sure how they would hold on a bigger horse but i use mine for full clips all summer on inky. The battery pack is easy to use. I use the narrow blades but you would need the wider one on bigger horses :)

I used mine to full clip my SecDxTB twice (including legs) and they did a really nice clip :)

I have recently bought a pair of harmany clippers for my cob, as yet we have only done his legs and re-hogged his mane, they are easy to use but we did find that the on and off switch is in a daft place and we kept turning them off. Apart from this they did a good job. I bought them from hope valley saddlery as i found them to be cheaper from there.
